As a cyclist I enjoy defending my community after a car accident, but my dream is to end the problem. Part of the problem is aggressive drivers. On the rare occassion, I get to address the problem and or aggressive driver before an accident happens.
I generally don’t like to discuss active cases but my clients have given me permission. I feel that it’s important the whole cycling community is part of this campaign.
A few hours ago I dropped off a packet at the Palm Beach Police Department and the Office of the State Attorney, Dave Aronberg containing a video and video transcript of the incident below.
On July 7, 2020, a palm beach resident threatened, harassed, and assaulted a group of cyclists.
On July 10, 2020, they brought the video to @palm beach police department. They were told by Captain Guelli that no crime was committed and he could’ve have legally pointed the gun at them. He had consulted with the State Attorney’s office and they agreed (Lie #1)

A few hours ago I dropped off a packet at the Palm Beach Police Department and the Office of the State Attorney, Dave Aronberg containing a video and video transcript of the incident below. Additionally, I have sent copies to over 40 major news media outlets.
I received a call from Captain Guelli of Palm Beach PD. Who re told me the lie conveyed to my clients on July 10, 2020- he had shown the video to Dave Aronberg’s office. Curiously he couldn’t recall who he spoke to ( Lie #2-5).
* I served under Dave Aronberg. We were never allowed to function as “phone a friend” where le enforcement would call us for advise on criminal situation.
My challenge to the cycling community is to publish this video on every major news network. Tag them all! I have included the letters written to both departments and the video transcript.
